Common questions

My reminder did not arrive

Check that notifications are allowed for MindSparkd in your phone's Settings, and that the time is not inside your quiet hours. Reminders set to repeat at an interval need the app opened about once a day to keep topping themselves up — the reminder screen says so when you set one up.

Can I change which quotes I see?

Yes. Settings › Genres, or tap the category name on the feed. Choosing nothing means every genre.

Can I use my own photo as a background?

Yes, up to three at a time. Settings › Background › Your photos. You can delete any of them to make room.

Where did my reflection go?

Everything you like or write about is in the Journal tab. Saving a reflection with no text in it deletes that reflection.

How do I delete my account?

Settings › Edit profile › Delete account. See Delete your data for exactly what that removes.

I was charged for something

Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple, not by MindSparkd. Use reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
